The Parables of Jesus: Lost and Found

Welcome to worship at Celina First! Today we are in Luke 15:1–10 where Jesus tells the parables of the lost sheep and the lost coin. These stories are his response when the Pharisees questioned why he spent time with tax collectors and sinners.

Through these parables, Jesus shows us his true intent: he builds relationships with unlikely people to bring them back to God, he knows the stakes are eternal for the one who is lost, and he reminds us that he is the Chief Shepherd who saves.
