The Book of Romans 6:1-14

Good morning, and welcome to Celina First Church of God. We are glad you are joining us online today.

Today we continue our series through the book of Romans with Romans 6:1-14. Over the past several weeks, we have seen Paul explain the depth of sin and the greater power of God’s grace. But that naturally raises an important question: if God’s grace is so great, does that mean we can just keep living however we want? Romans 6 gives us Paul’s answer. Grace does not just forgive sin. Grace changes our relationship to sin. In Christ, we are made new, united with him in his death and resurrection, and called to offer every part of ourselves to God.
